Nebraska State NFA Rules and Allowable NFA Items

Nebraska is a state that is very respectful of NFA owners’ rights. They have very clear language in their law that ensures that machine guns, short-barreled rifles and short-barreled shotguns that are properly registered with the federal government shall be legal in the state of Nebraska. They do not have an express law pertaining to the possession of suppressors. They also allow hunting with a suppressor in Nebraska.

Nebraska Revised Statutes28-1203. Transportation or possession of machine guns, short rifles, or short shotguns; penalty; exception.
