New Mexico State NFA Rules and Allowable NFA Items

New Mexico is a state that is very friendly toward NFA owners. Any NFA item can be legally owned in New Mexico, as long as it is properly registered with the federal government. In addition, hunting with a suppressor is legal in New Mexico.
