.EFT File Error - Code 1006 Data length too long. Length is 9 must between 1-5 in Field 'T2_DOMAIN_VER' 1.13.1.2

If you are uploading an .EFT File and see this error - Code 1006 Data length too long. Length is 9 must between 1-5 in Field 'T2_DOMAIN_VER' 1.13.1.2 (shown below).  In order to fix this error, you need to be able to edit the .EFT File to update field 1.13.1.2 the  EBTS version length within the .EFT File.  With this error the EBTS Version length is too long and might be indicated as EBTS 11.0, for example.  To fix this issue the EBTS version length needs to shortened to fit within the 5 character length.  This will fix error Code 1006, which indicates that the DOMAIN_VER is too long.
