Submitting the ATF 5320.20 via Email, Fax or Mail

The ATF Form 20 – 5320.20 Application to Transport NFA Firearms can be submitted to the ATF via mail, fax (facsimile) or email now.  We often get asked what happens when you submit the ATF 5320.20 paperwork via fax and email.  How do you receive this paperwork back from the ATF?  The ATF will take any faxed or emailed ATF 5320.20 paperwork and review the paperwork.  Once they have either approved or denied your Application to Transport NFA Firearms, you will be mailed your application to the address that you supplied in box 1 of the ATF 5320.20 form.  You can view our walk-through guide to the ATF Form 20 – 5320.20 Application to Transport NFA Firearms here.
