If you are receiving the error message, "Message: You have been denied access. If you believe this is a mistake, please contact the eForms Help Desk by phone at (888)-283-6427 or by email at forms.admin@atf.gov.", this might an intimidating error. Typically this error will occur due to an issue with the security question. To solve this issue, you will need to contact the eForms Help Desk. The ATF eForms Help Desk, will have set the security question and answers on their end. After that is completed you should be able to continue to login to your ATF eForm's account.
